I provide a HR consultancy and coaching service to SME’S, specialising in looking after you and your people, by providing a flexible range of people services, to prepare your business for survival and growth in this difficult trading climate. We have big experience but are small enough to care about you and your business.  

I have over 30 year’s experience in senior and International leadership, and I am CIPD qualified to a level 5 diploma in Human Resources management.   I have spent over 7 years working as an International Operations Manager, which during this time I covered over 19 countries, 12 franchise partners, +200 stores, and a combined annual turnover of +150M. I have worked with small and large franchise teams, so I understand the challenges that are faced by business owners large and small, and can successfully adapt my style to meet many different challenges. 

Having worked with Russia who had around 90 stores, the size of operation and culture was a great opportunity, to influence a better way of working and understanding of different markets, and the challenges that we faced. I have a strong commercial and operational background offering you the benefit of not only people support, but also strategy, survival, and growth.

I personally undertook the planning and opening of the first stores in Albania, Armenia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Serbia, and Slovenia for a large retailer along with the franchise partners. I managed the critical paths for all new store openings through effective project management and export co-ordination, and worked with the business owners on store design, developing local marketing plans, team training and development, and store merchandising. 

Following my time in International I relocated to Portsmouth, to focus on my family, and worked as an Area Manager for a large pharmaceutical business. I covered 42 stores across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, accountable for all operational standards & compliance to maximise sales, control costs & deliver profit across the area. 

During my career I have had extensive experience of dealing with a variety of complex HR and ER cases, including disciplinaries, investigations, Redundancies, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Team Development plus many more.
