The great majority of today’s corporate jobs necessitates strong cooperation between teams. Unfortunately, building a high-performing team is not always a natural or simple process. My team coaching assists in defining a team’s purpose, setting goals, clarifying roles and duties, and dealing with interpersonal problems that inevitably arise when groups of people work together.
